Having a newly renovated apartment with all new appliances is so nice and gives me peace of mind knowing that everything is fresh, clean, and functioning as it should. The management is very responsive to any questions or maintenance requests.

|Recommended: YesPerfect location, great community, amazing views — We've lived here for three years now and it has been an amazing experience. First and foremost, the views cannot be beat. To get to wake up every morning to a million dollar view is unparalleled. It's walk able to downtown Kirkland, Carillon Point, Houghton Plaza and a quick drive to 520, Downtown Bellevue and Totem Lake. The apartment itself is great, enough space and good layout. I would highly recommend Sunset Shores to anyone looking on the Eastside

As we signed a lease site-unseen, she made the process smooth and easy. She was a pleasure to work with during our time there, we will surely miss her as our building manager. In terms of the property, it's clean, quiet, and its location is unbeatable with amazing views. The apartments are cozy with new renovations, as well.
|Recommended: YesI am a returning tenant so that should tell you alot — The complex is well taken care of, the staff are friendly, there isn't too much of a turnover in tenants and the access to stores, parks, the water etc is easy. The community is small and friendly. Some of us are dog friends
|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live — I have lived at Sunset Shores for about 7 months now and couldn't be happier. The location is perfect and the grounds are very well kept. The property staff are super friendly and always quick to respond. The apartments are pet friendly which is hard to find in this area. My unit is completely remodeled with an open concept living area. I highly recommend Sunset Shores for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, convenient place to live
